RIFFWAR.COM MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Notice - By accepting this agreement you agree to:

1. Any and all conditions contained herein.

2. Acknowledge that by submitting material to RiffWar.com, you cede ownership of any and all submitted work, including, but not limited to, original audio, text and video files, sheet music and artwork to the control of RiffWar.com and its administrative staff to be managed under the Creative Commons License.

3. Any and all financial obligations, including but not limited to:

a. Monthly membership fees, if applying for V.I.P. membership

b. Any financial transactions regarding services rendered, either by RiffWar.com, its users, or its affiliates.

4. Be a constructive, polite member of the RiffWar.com community, maintain the integrity of the primary intent of the site as well as an atmosphere of courtesy and hospitality, and refrain from:

a. Hostile or inflammatory language and discussion (i.e. 'trolling' or 'flaming')

b. Unconstructive criticism or disparagement of other RiffWar.com members.

c. Using any material submitted to RiffWar.com for commercial use and/or without crediting the original author. (See License Agreement for more details)

d. Cheating, or otherwise attempting to gain an unfair advantage with regard to site contests, drawings, competitions and any and all other site events by any means.

5. Accept the immediate revocation of all rights and privileges with regard to RiffWar.com in the event of a breach of any of the above conditions, without compensation , to possibly be restored in the future at the sole discretion of the RiffWar.com administration.
